Puglia
Puglia is a truly beautiful area in the heel of Italy and our Escapes are about 25 minutes from the the whitewashed old town of Ostuni. Famous for its beautiful scenery with coastal towns full of character and charm, fantastic food and wonderful markets with seasonal local produce.
The landscape of the area is truly breathtaking and varied.
The countryside offers huge potential for walks in nature and olive groves along with excellent wines and olive oils.
Our retreats are between Ceglie Messapica and Cisternino, both beautiful towns to visit and we shall be visiting them for our food and markets.
We have the pleasure of having Sophie Grigson of Trulli Delicious coming to prepare local produce for us and she is always happy to talk about her passion for the area and the local produce and culture.
